Upper Post Veterans Homes

Upper Post Veterans Homes is permanent supportive housing offering studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes with a preference for households who are veterans and/or experiencing homelessness. Our community is focused on providing a stable, dignified place to land and provide proper support to improve your quality of life. Situated on the grounds of historic Fort Snelling, the community offers easy access to major employers, dining, and entertainment, with on-site amenities including a media room, laundry facility, off-street parking, and controlled access entry — with heat, water, trash, and sewer included in most rents.

Qualifying residents pay approximately 30% of their income toward rent, making truly affordable housing a reality.
